Eligibility
Who Can Request a Refund?
You're eligible for a full refund if:
- ✓ Your purchase was made within the last 14 days
- ✓ You purchased directly from scrollix.app (via Paddle)
- ✓ You have not violated our Terms of Service
Refunds are NOT available for:
- ✗ Purchases made more than 14 days ago
- ✗ Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- ✗ Accounts banned for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a support request using the "Refund Request" category
- Include your order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
- (Optional) Tell us why you're requesting a refund—your feedback helps us improve!
We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
When Will I Get My Refund?
- Approval time: 1-2 business days
- Refund processing: Immediate (once approved)
- Bank processing: 1-4 weeks (depends on your bank)
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for purchase.
What Happens After a Refund?
Once your refund is processed:
- Your Scrollix serial number will be deactivated
- You will no longer be able to use the software
- You should uninstall Scrollix from your computer
Your data (posts, schedules) is stored locally on your computer and will remain until you manually delete it.
Product Warranty
In accordance with consumer protection laws (including EU regulations), Scrollix comes with a 2-year warranty against software defects from the date of purchase.
What's Covered?
- Software bugs or defects that existed at the time of purchase
- Features that do not work as described in our documentation
- Critical functionality failures
How to Request Warranty Support:
- Submit a support request describing the issue
- We'll investigate and provide a fix, workaround, or refund
- Typically resolved within 7 business days
Note: The warranty covers software defects, not user error, incompatible systems (see system requirements), or third-party service failures (Instagram API, Google Gemini API, etc.).
