  3. Try connecting again
Serial Number Issues

Serial invalid

The most reliable way to enter your serial is to copy and paste it exactly as it appears in your purchase email — serials are case-sensitive.

Each serial can be activated on up to 2 machines. To transfer your license, use the contact form above and select "General Inquiry".
