By purchasing and using Scrollix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the software.
License Grant
What You're Buying
When you purchase Scrollix, you receive:
- One-time purchase - Pay once, own forever (no subscriptions)
- Desktop software license - For Windows and macOS
- 2-machine activation limit - Install on up to 2 computers
- Lifetime updates - Free software updates as they're released
What You're NOT Buying
This license does NOT include:
- ✗ Source code access
- ✗ Right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense
- ✗ Right to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
- ✗ Ownership of Instagram, Meta, or third-party services
Activation & Usage
Serial Number
After purchase, you'll receive a unique serial number via email. This serial:
- Can be activated on up to 2 machines (Windows, macOS, or both)
- Cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to others
- May be deactivated from one machine to activate on a different machine (self-service)
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- ✓ Use Scrollix only for legal purposes
- ✓ Comply with Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- ✓ Not use Scrollix to spam, harass, or violate others' rights
- ✓ Not share your serial number with unauthorized users
- ✓ Not attempt to hack, circumvent, or disable the serial validation system
Prohibited Use
You may NOT:
- ✗ Use Scrollix to violate any laws or third-party terms of service
- ✗ Activate your serial on more than 2 machines simultaneously
- ✗ Share or resell your serial number
- ✗ Use Scrollix to post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- ✗ Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the software
Third-Party Services
Scrollix integrates with Instagram (owned by Meta Platforms, Inc.). Your use of Instagram through Scrollix is subject to:
- Instagram's Terms of Service
- Instagram's Community Guidelines
- Meta's Data Policy
Scrollix LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
Refund Policy

Account Termination
We reserve the right to deactivate your serial number and terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms of Service
- You use Scrollix for illegal activities
- You share your serial number with unauthorized users
- You attempt to hack or circumvent our activation system
No refund will be issued for terminations due to Terms of Service violations.
Software Warranty
Limited Warranty (2 Years)
For 2 years from purchase, we warrant that Scrollix will:
- Function substantially as described on scrollix.app
- Be free from critical defects that prevent core functionality
If Scrollix fails to meet this warranty, your sole remedy is a full refund or reasonable efforts to fix the defect.
No Other Warranties
EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, SCROLLIX IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Scrollix LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Scrollix
- We are not responsible for Instagram API changes, service outages, or account issues
- We are not responsible for content you post using Scrollix
Updates & Changes
Software Updates
We may release updates to Scrollix at any time. Updates may:
- Add new features
- Fix bugs or security issues
- Improve performance
- Maintain compatibility with Instagram API changes
Terms Updates
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Scrollix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Privacy
Your use of Scrollix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your State/Jurisdiction].
